Prior to his time at Bay, Mr. Leone worked at eBay where he was in charge of refining search categories for sports memorabilia.
He also worked as part of the PR team to help promote the uniqueness of eBay.
He spent time at Aruba Networks where he developed ideas for alternative distribution channels for wireless switches.
He also was named the top sales representative at Big 5 Sporting Goods.
During his time at Santa Clara University, he was a founder and participant at many clubs, including the recycle club to help preserve the well-being of or environment.
