He started his career in London with Arthur Andersen LLP in 1988 where he was a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
He then work as Hong Kong Bank Analyst at Merrill Lynch from 1992 to 1995 and Jardine Fleming (now JP Morgan) in 1995.
In 1998, he moved to London and was Head of European Banks Research with JP Morgan until 2005.
He held management responsibility as Deputy with JP Morgan European Research.
After more than 13 years as a sell-side Analyst, he moved to the buy-side in 2005 as a Founding Partner of private equity firm Argo Saint George in London.
He then returned to Asia in 2010 and joined Citi Investment Research and Analysis in his current role.
