Tom M. Cleary

Mr. Tom M.
Cleary is General Counsel at Revolution Capital Group LLC.
He is also a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of SNR Denton US LLP.
Mr. Cleary has substantial experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.
He has represented a number of well-known buyout, venture capital and other private equity financing sources.
He also has acted as outside corporate and securities counsel to several public and private issuers, including an array of aerospace, high technology, e-commerce, food service and consumer products companies.
Mr. Cleary is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with Honors and also holds his J.D.
from the University of California at Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law.
He lives in Manhattan Beach, California and also currently serves as a Director and as the Secretary of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
