Mr. Tom Baxter is Partner at Bendigo Partners LLC.
Prior to joining Bendigo Partners, he was responsible for the strategic development of a retail trading platform for Susquehanna International Group.
His retail experience began with GAIN Capital, a retail foreign exchange brokerage firm, as Senior Vice President of Risk Management.
At GAIN, he was responsible for strategic planning and management of legal and compliance functions.
He served as the Company's liaison with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA).
Before joining GAIN, Tom was Vice President, Director of Financial Planning at National Healthcare Resources, a cost containment firm in the insurance industry.
Prior to that, he spent nine years in various risk management, trading and product management roles at financial services firms including DKB Financial Products, Lehman Brothers and Bankers Trust.
Mr. Baxter serves on the board of E-Line Ventures, an incubator of digital entertainment with socially responsible goals, engaging and empowering youth through computer games, video games, webcomics and graphic novels.
Mr. Baxter holds a Dual Degree in Management and Technology from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a BS in Engineering from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering.
He is certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals as a Financial Risk Manager.
