Todd F. Kirschner

Mr. Todd F.
Kirschner is Co-Founder at Pivot Point Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to co-founding Pivot Point Capital in 2005, Mr. Kirschner most recently spent more than three years with Audax Group, an alternative asset management firm based in Boston and New York.
He led Audax's efforts to develop a presence in the small cap public equity market based on private equity-like diligence techniques and strategy.
Previously, he maintained dual roles as both a generalist in a private equity group pursuing leveraged buyouts and as the manager of a portfolio of early stage venture capital investments.
Prior to joining Audax Group, he was a Biochemical Engineer with Merck where he helped develop the manufacturing processes for new pharmaceuticals.
His experiences also include manufacturing management roles with Eli Lilly and industrial sales in Eastern Europe for a Czech-British JV.
Mr. Kirschner holds a B.E.
in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University (magna cum laude), an M.Sc.
in Biochemical Engineering (Distinction) from University College London, and an M.B.A.
in Finance from the University of Southern California.
