Prior to joining Ascendiant and Moelis, Mr. Bomberg was Chief Investment Officer at M.A.G.
Capital, an SEC-registered investment advisor based in Los Angeles, California.
While at M.A.G.
Capital, Mr. Bomberg was responsible for transaction origination, diligence, and the structuring and negotiation of all portfolio investments for the firm.
Prior to M.A.G.
Capital, Mr. Bomberg was an Executive Director of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Banking.
Previously, he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities and McKinsey & Company.
