Ted H. Stimson

Mr. Stimson is responsible for originating, underwriting, and structuring new investments.
His primary functions include transaction due diligence, financial and market analysis, and presentation of investment recommendations to the firm's Investment Committee.
Additionally, he worked for five years in the firm’s Investment Management Group where his primary function was enhancing the value of the assets through performance analysis, property inspections, renovation and capital expenditure monitoring, and working with RockBridge’s operating partners.
Prior to joining RockBridge, he began his career in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen’s Chicago and Charlotte offices.
Mr. Stimson is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association.
He received a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
