Sukhdev Hansra

Mr. Sukhdev Hansra is Partner at Isthmus Partners FZC.
Mr. Hansra has over ten years experience working in real estate banking/ private equity and strategy consulting.
He has managed over $1 billion of development projects focused on Dubai with responsibilities for managing construction, negotiating financial terms, structuring deals and screening new opportunities.
He has extensive exposure to the development process and regulatory requirements across Dubai, and has acted as the development manager for projects in Sports City, The Waterfront and The World.
Mr. Hansra worked for banks both on Wall Street trading real estate securities, and the City of London underwriting over $1 billion of real estate loans for large transactions across the UK and Europe.
In addition, he has helped to structure commercial mortgage backed securities as an exit strategy for a bank loan book and advised clients on the valuation of raw loans and mortgage securities.
As a consultant, he provided strategic advice to clients with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring for large financial institutions.
He was focused predominantly on developing financial cases for multi-million dollar cost savings through business, operational and real estate consolidation.
Mr. Hansra is a CFA charterholder with an MBA with top honors from Columbia Business School in New York, an MSc from The London School of Economics and a BSc (Hons) from Aston University in Birmingham, England
