Stuart C. Nathan

Prior to joining CCP in late 2004, Mr. Nathan was Executive Vice President (from 1972 until his retirement in 2002) of JMB Realty Corporation, one of the nation’s largest and most successful real estate investment, development and management companies.
At JMB, Mr. Nathan was responsible for or actively involved as a principal in many aspects of JMB’s various businesses including development of major projects, property acquisition, financing, hotel development and hotel operations.
Although Mr. Nathan is no longer active in JMB’s day-to-day operations, he remains a member of its Board of Directors and as a principal stockholder.
From 1965 to 1973, Mr. Nathan was a practicing attorney and a partner in a Chicago law firm.
He graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.B.A.and with a J.D.
from the University of Chicago Law School.
