Mr. Simich joined Republic Financial in March, 2006 as a Senior Analyst in the Private Equity Group.
Prior to joining Republic, Mr. Simich was a consultant with FMI Corporation providing management consulting, investment banking, and market research services to the construction industry.
Before joining FMI he worked for Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor and while completing his MBA, he worked with several financial and investment related firms in the Denver area including Navitrade, Greenbriar Capital, and Castle Pines Ventures.
Prior to attending business school, he was the owner of a small, fine-furniture business.
Mr. Simich holds a bachelor's degree from the Univ.
of Michigan and an MBA from the Univ.
of Denver with a specialization in finance.
He has completed the Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses.
