Stephen Loh

Stephen Loh has been Director of Finance and Corporate Controller for PLX Technology, Inc. since September 2002.
From July 2001 to September 2002, he was employed by Arraycomm as Manager of Financial Accounting and Reporting.
From March 1999 to July 2001, he was employed by North American Scientific as Corporate Controller.
Prior to joining North American Scientific, he was employed in various auditing positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.
Mr. Loh received a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.
