Simon Beer

Mr. Beer is a member of the infrastructure and real assets team and focuses on analytics, investments and asset management, representing StepStone and its clients on a number of company boards.
He is also involved in the Firm’s responsible investing initiative.
Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Beer was a portfolio manager at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where he focused on asset management and value creation.
Before that he was a partner at KPMG in their advisory practice.
Mr. Beer began his career in the energy industry working for a global energy company and KBR, a leading engineering contractor.
Simon received his BSc in business management from University of London, King’s College.
