Founded in 1999, PGI-Singapore offers Asian institutional investors access to the global investment capabilities of the Principal Financial Group through segregated mandates and a range of mutual funds.

OSK International Asset Management Pte Ltd. (OSKIAML) is the wholly-owned Singapore-based fund management subsidiary of OSK International Investments Pte Ltd, ultimately owned by financial services and investment banking group OSK Holdings Bhd. (KL: 5053) in Malaysia. Formerly known as Stretto Capital Pte Ltd, established in 2006, the firm was acquired by OSK Investment Bank Bhd. in 2008 and became OSK International Asset Management Pte Ltd. They provide fund management services to institutional, corporate and individual clients. OSKIAML formed a joint venture with Gryphus Capital Partners Pte Ltd. and Dejoera Holdings Ltd. to act as General Partner to one or more approved funds to be set up in Singapore. The joint venture, OSK GC-Millennium Capital Pte Ltd., will manage the overall business operation and administer the approved funds. OSKIAML, as fund manager, will provide an operating platform under which Gryphus' expertise will be incorporated and Dejoera will market the approved funds to potential investors.
