Shan-Han Chang

Ms. Shan-Han Chang, CPA, is Senior Accountant at Spring Mountain Capital LP.
Prior to rejoining SMC in August 2011, Ms. Chang was a Senior Accountant at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.
and a Senior Audit Associate at Rothstein Kass & Company.
While at Rothstein Kass & Company, she was responsible for performing audit and tax work on various hedge funds.
Ms. Chang is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Chang received an M.S.
in Accountancy from Baruch College in 2005 and a B.S.
in Business Administration from Wichita State University in 1996.
