He was responsible for co-running the alternative business of Post Advisory and co-managing the Total Return, Distressed Debt, and Corporate Loan strategies.
In the early 1990s, he spent several years as a bankruptcy attorney advising bondholders and creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 cases.
He received dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated magna cum laude, and a J.D.
from the UCLA School of Law where he served on the Law Review.
