Ms. Blair joined Mission Management after working as an investment consultant developing asset allocation and diversification strategies for non-profit organizations.
She previously worked as an equity analyst, portfolio manager and officer for Chemical Bank, Equitable Life and Banker’s Trust, where she acquired in-depth market knowledge.
She was based in London for two years to work on Equitable’s international equity holdings.
At Bankers Trust, she was responsible for managing three equity portfolios with $500 million invested.
Ms. Blair chaired the national convention for an M.B.A.
association in 1982 and later served on the Board of Aaron Davis Hall, a performance arts center in New York.
She became an inductee into the YWCA’s Academy of Women Achievers early in her career.
Ms. Blair received a B.A.
from Fordham University with concentrations in liberal arts and economics and an M.B.A.
in finance from Columbia University.
Running and exercise are her favorite pastime pursuits.
