Sam Winter

Mr. Sam Winter joined Propel Investments in 2007 after four years at Colonial First State Private Equity where he co-led and was a Director of Goodlife Health Clubs and was an Alternate Director of SG Fleet Services.
Prior to Colonial, Mr. Winter worked for over seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, performing due diligence and advising on mergers and acquisitions for private equity and corporate clients.
He graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.
