Sam Febbraro

Febbraro is a President & Chief Executive Officer at Counsel Portfolio Services, Inc. He is a member of IPC’s Executive Leadership Team.
Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Febbraro began his career in personal banking with one of Canada’s largest financial institutions and was an investment advisor with its wealth management division.
He was later promoted to various management positions in the areas of risk management, strategic branch initiatives and product management.
He was then recruited by an international financial institution as Senior Manager of Marketing and was later appointed Chief Compliance Officer of the firm’s securities division.
Mr. Febbraro has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Economics from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration (with distinction) from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
