Elijah is a managing member of AIC Asset Management, LLC, (AIC) and has been managing the ING Technology Fund since its inception.
Mr. Elijah began his career as a technology analyst with Montgomery Securities in 1981.
In 1985, Mr. Elijah joined Robertson, Stephens & Company as a research analyst and became a partner in 1986.
While at Robertson, Stephens & Company his research coverage included technology, environmental, and business services sectors.
From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Elijah worked as an investment analyst for Water Street Capital, a $400 million short-oriented hedge fund where he broadened his research expertise to include consumer retailing, wholesaling and natural resource industries.
In 1992, Mr. Elijah returned to a division of Robertson Stephens (Robertson Stephens Investment Management) as a managing director.
He then became the portfolio manager of both the RS Value + Growth Fund and The Information Age Fund™ from their inceptions in May 1992 and November 1995, respectively, until July 2001.
Mr. Elijah received his B.A.
and M.A.
in economics from Humboldt State University and his M.B.A.
in finance from Golden Gate University.
