Profile
Mr. Trip has been involved in the design, development and manufacturing of medical devices since 1986.
Prior to The Innovation Factory, he managed the manufacturing engineering group at Novoste Corporation and then moved to direct their product development.
He was instrumental in the commercial success of the Novoste Beta-Cath System and received the Medical Design Excellence Award in 2001.
He holds over half-dozen issued patents, with more than a dozen pending.
Mr. Trip holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from Hoge Technische School Groningen in the Netherlands.
