Prior to joining Perseus Realty in 2004, Mr. Cohen was Executive Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis, Vice Chairman of Insignia, and President and CEO of Insignia’s Washington, D.C.
predecessor, Barnes Morris & Foster.
For 11 years, he was the firm’s leader in land assemblies for downtown office buildings, investment property sales, and finance.
Mr. Cohen serves on the Board of Visitors at the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University and is a member of the Federal City Council.
