Mr. Richard V.
Howe

Prior to joining Polaris Capital Management in June 2005, Mr. Howe worked as Managing Director of the value equity group at Constitution Capital Management since 1983.

He is the treasurer of the charitable SWAN Society in Boston, a finance committee member at Milton Hospital, and a grant writer for Camino Seguro, an education project for impoverished children in Guatemala.
Mr. Howe received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
