Dobbyn joined the Company in October 1995 and was named Chief Financial Officer in July 1996.
From June 1995 to October 1995, He served as the Controller of Protek Electronics.
From July 1994 to June 1995, he served as the Fiscal Director of a non-profit child care agency.
From September 1984 to July 1994, He was Senior Vice President-Finance and Administration for Loral Data Systems, formerly Fairchild Weston Systems, a Schlumberger company.
Mr. Dobbyn is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Boston College.
