200,000 of commercial space and over 420 residential units.
He has launched four private investor real estate funds where he has acted as specialist asset manager.
Richard joined Falco in 2017 as Joint MD, prior to which his development company, MRP was the JV partner for many of Falco investors’ real estate projects including the Hinckley and Great Marlborough Street projects.
Richard is responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing Falco’s real estate investment portfolio and running the transaction team.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with degrees in law from Edinburgh and Oxford Universities.
