Yeisley joined the Isle of Capri® Casinos, Inc. as senior vice president in July of 1995 and was appointed vice president and chief financial officer and treasurer in December 1999.
A veteran of the entertainment industry, Mr. Yeisley had previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Six Flags Theme Park Inc. from 1988 to 1995.
Mr. Yeisley had been with Six Flags and affiliated companies since 1978 in a variety of senior management and management positions, including vice president, administration at Bally’s Las Vegas.
Before joining Six Flags, Mr. Yeisley also worked with NL Industries, Inc., a NYSE manufacturer of industrial products, and Price Waterhouse, an international accounting and consulting firm.
Mr. Yeisley is a CPA and was graduated from Penn State University.
