Remus C. Preda

Mr. Remus Preda is Vice President at Berkshire Bank Wealth Management.
He is responsible for leading Berkshire Bank’s Wealth Management Group in Vermont and specialize in providing high net worth individuals and families with tailored investment management, retirement, estate planning, taxation and trust services, with the goal of sustaining and growing long-term wealth.
In addition, he also works with many of the area’s leading not-for-profits in managing their endowments and planned-giving vehicles.
Prior to joining Berkshire Bank Wealth Management in October 2007, Mr. Preda was an attorney who practiced law in Washington County, NY.
He was also a Vice President & Senior Tax Consultant at Morgan Stanley Trust.
Mr. Preda received his undergraduate degree from Union College and his JD from New England School of Law in Boston.
He has completed Trust, I, II and III with Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School and is accredited as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
