Profile

Randy joined Brentwood in 2005 as an Operating Partner and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Array Marketing Group.
He currently serves as a Director of Boston Proper and Soft Surroundings and is active in the oversight of Excelligence and J.McLaughlin.
Previously, Randy served as a Director of Exhale Enterprise, Array Marketing Group, MD Now, Holding Company, and was active in the corporate development efforts of Allen Edmonds (until its sale in 2016).
Randy utilizes his extensive operational and financial experience to evaluate new investments and assist portfolio companies with financial and operational related projects.
Prior to joining Brentwood, Randy spent 21 years with GE and GE Capital in a wide variety of financial leadership roles across various business segments, including Chief Financial Officer of GE/Montgomery Ward.
While at GE, Randy was also transition CEO in leading the integration of Heller Financial into GE Capital.
He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the College of William & Mary, where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics.
He also graduated with honors from GE’s financial management training program.
