Mr. Rahul Gupta, CFA, is an Analyst at HighVista Strategies LLC.
He is involved in all aspects of research for the quantitative strategies including alpha generation, portfolio construction and strategy development as well as guiding the direction of research priorities for the team.
Prior to joining HighVista Strategies he worked at Cubist Systematic Strategies where he helped build statistical arbitrage strategies in equities.
Previously, he was an associate at Nomura Securities and Morgan Stanley focusing on fixed income products.
He received an MS in Financial Engineering from Columbia University, a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institutes of Technology, and is a CFA charterholder.
