Peter Fahy

A founding shareholder of PM Capital, Peter is the Head of Research and has been responsible for co-managing the Absolute Performance Fund since the company's inception in 1998.
Peter also has responsibility for analyst coverage of industrials, capital goods, consumer cyclicals, pharmaceuticals and semiconductor equipment.
Peter began his career in 1991 as a credit analyst with Bankers Trust and in 1994 was hired by Paul Moore as an analyst for North American equities in Bankers Trust’s funds management division.
Peter later went on to become Head of Bankers Trust’s North American Equities division and Head of the Global Capital Goods Sector Team.
After his successful period at Bankers Trust, Peter departed in 1998 to set up PM Capital.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Distinction) from the University Of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
