He was an analyst in the Proprietary Risk Arbitrage Department at Merrill Lynch and an equity block trader.
While at Merrill Lynch, he worked closely with Mr. Maitland and Mr. Lambrosa for six years.
Mr. Dealy received an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in history from Connecticut College.
