Amundi Asset Management SA (Investment Management) (Amundi-IM) is the investment management division of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by SAS Rue la Boétie’s Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. It was founded in 2010 when the asset management operations of Crédit Agricole SA and Société Générale merged. Headquartered in Paris, the firm develops products for institutional clients and third-party distributors and has ties with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutional funds and corporate funds. They have distribution agreements with platforms in Europe and Asia. Amundi-IM is a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).

Founded in 1985, the firm is headquartered in Paris and specializes in providing asset management services for institutional investors, regional banks and medium- to large-sized companies.
