Founded in 1998, GSN North America, Inc. is a FINRA-registered broker/dealer located in New York City with additional offices in London and Milan. The firm is a subsidiary of Crédit Industriel et Commercial and their ultimate parent is Groupe Crédit Mutuel-CIC. GSN North America was established as a joint venture between CM-CIC Securities, Banca Akros and Caja Madrid Bolsa. ESN North America provides services to clients throughout the US and Canada and in all of the major Western European markets. The firm executes equity orders on the US markets for their large European client base. ESN North America specializes in pan European research focusing on blue chip stocks, as well as the stocks of small-, mid- and large-cap companies. They offer direct market trading in the US and European markets and the organization of analyst and corporate road shows in the US and abroad.
