Prior to KKR, he was a senior member of Citi's Equity Capital Markets group originating strategic equity transactions, across a variety of industries, including alternative asset managers.
Prior to Citi, he executed and structured M&A transactions at KPMG Corporate Finance.
Mr. Shah graduated from Harvard Law School and the University of Ottawa and also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
