Ned S.
Goldstein is President and Managing Director of M-Cam, Inc. and was appointed a Director of Ampex on February 16, 2007.
He has been President and of M-CAM since February 1, 2007 and a Director since 1999.
Mr. Goldstein was General Counsel of M-CAM from 2003 to 2007 and Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Stone Canyon Entertainment Corp.
from December 2004 to January 2007.
He is General Counsel of Stone Canyon Entertainment and has been a Managing Partner of the DreamTeam Entertainment Group since November 2003.
From 2000 to June 2003, Mr. Goldstein was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Key3Media Group, Inc.
