Mitch Steffen

Mitch Steffen is Vice President and head of systems, reporting, and analysis at Rice Park.
He is responsible for the developing and implementation of technology infrastructure and the data landscape.
Before joining Rice Park, Mitch was Vice President of Systems, Reporting and Analysis at Two Harbors Investment Corp.
(NYSE: TWO).
During that time, he built and led a team that provided analytical support and data reconciliation.
Prior to Two Harbors, Mitch was Director of Agency Claims at DiTech (formerly Green Tree).
Prior to DiTech Mitch served ten years in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, with a combat tour in Iraq in 2009.
Mitch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire
