Mike Morris

Mr. Mike Morris is Operating Executive at North Castle Partners LLC.
He joined North Castle in 2006.
He brings several years of IT and business management experience to North Castle and its portfolio companies.
Over the last few years, he has developed a strong expertise in the retail industry and in related disciplines, including supply chain management, warehouse operations logistics, Customer Relationship Management, retail operations and e-commerce in addition to his significant IT background.
Mr. Morris most recently served as Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Vitamin Shoppe Industries, a national multi-channel retailer of vitamins and nutritional supplements.
He also served in similar capacities for J.
Crew, the Leslie Fay Companies and KASPER Suits.
He has also held senior technology positions at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (now Novartis), Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Morris has developed an expertise in assisting small and mid-sized companies achieve their growth goals and strategic initiatives through partnerships with senior management and the successful leveraging of technology.
He also has extensive experience identifying and driving process change into businesses and IT organizations across multiple industries.
Mr. Morris currently serves on the Board of Directors of Performance Bicycle.
Mr. Morris earned a degree in Political Science from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, and his M.B.A.
from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
