Michael Martin Skarbinski

Mr. Michael M.
Skarbinski is a Senior Partner & Portfolio Manager at Pharo Management, Inc. He is also a member of the Risk Committee and has over 20 years of experience trading emerging market currencies, bonds and derivatives.
Prior to joining Pharo Management, LLC in 2000, Mr. Skarbinski worked at Deutsche Bank from 1999 to 2000 as a Vice President in the Emerging Markets Group, responsible for structuring and trading Latin American bonds, currencies and derivatives.
Before joining Deutsche Bank, he worked at Merrill Lynch from 1995 to 1998, and as a member of Guillaume Fonkenell's team from 1995 to 1997, where he was the head trader for emerging market credit derivatives and later for the Mexican Peso cash and derivatives books.
Prior to Merrill Lynch, he held positions at Bankers Trust, first in the Global Investment Management group, then in the Equity Derivatives group.
Mr. Skarbinski received an M.B.A.
from Columbia University and graduated with honors from Union College with a B.A.
in Economics.
