In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris.
