Michael E. Nelson

Prior to joining Republic in June 2007, Mr. Nelson was an associate for Piper Jaffray & Co. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he raised nearly $2 billion in capital through private and public offerings.
He acted as primary deal team associate on buy-side and sell-side merger advisory assignments.
Mr. Nelson holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
