Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA (UBP) is the private banking subsidiary of CBI Holding SA in Switzerland. Headquartered in Geneva, the firm was founded in 1969 by Edgar de Picciotto as Compagnie de Banque et d'Investissements (CBI). They merged with TDB-American Express Bank to create Union Bancaire Privée SA in 1990 and in 2011 acquired the Swiss wealth management subsidiary of ABN AMRO. UBP is an asset management specialist which provides wealth management services for private and institutional clients.

ABN AMRO Bank (Switzerland) AG (AAB-CH) is the private banking subsidiary of Union Bancaire Privée SA in Switzerland. Headquartered in Zurich, with additional offices in Basel, Geneva and Lugano, AAB-CH was established in 2002 and was a previouly a subsidiary of Amsterdam-based ABN AMRO Holding NV (XA: AABA; NYSE: ABN). The firm specializes in private banking activities as well as individual portfolio management, investment advice, custody services and fiduciary transactions. They execute securities transactions locally and globally for private and institutional clients and manage assets via segregated accounts, multimanager products and absolute return strategies.
