Before joining Digital Networks, Mr. McDonald was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years, in the London and Toronto offices, where he served as a statutory and regulatory consultant specialising in private equity.
He qualified with Ernst & Young, Montreal, Canada.
Mark McDonald is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountancy from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from the University of Western Ontario.
