Ms. Cusenza joined NGEN in 2008.
She brings to NGEN over 25 years of experience with high growth technology companies, from startups to Fortune 100 global businesses.
Ms. Cusenza was with Apple Computer for over a decade, ultimately holding the position of Vice President, Treasurer.
Her responsibilities included leadership of Treasury Operations, Foreign Exchange, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance and Risk Management.
Ms. Cusenza was also a member of Apples Strategic Operations Group, which reviewed and approved corporate strategy, budgets, technology direction and partnerships.
After leaving Apple, Ms. Cusenza was Vice President and CFO at Tularik, a private biotech company that subsequently IPOed and was acquired by Amgen for $1.3 Billion.
After Tularik, Ms. Cusenza joined Garage Technology Ventures as CFO and member of the Board of Directors.
She began her career at Syntex Corporation.
Ms. Cusenza has served on the Board of Trustees of the Phoenix-Seneca Trust Funds, a diversified mutual fund group, and was a member of the NASDAQ Issuer Affairs Committee.
She recently was a member of the Board of an environmental remediation company working on the restoration of disturbed lands, western National Parks and toxic superfund sites.
Ms. Cusenza holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University.
