Mr. Mark M.
Lacuesta is a Head of Investments at AXS Investments LLC.
He oversees portfolio management and research.
Mr. Lacuesta most recently served as Director of Index Strategies at IndexIQ where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s proprietary and third-party indexed strategies underlying the firm’s investment products.
In this role, he was involved with research, strategy development, portfolio management, client services and marketing.
Prior to IndexIQ, Mr. Lacuesta was an executive at FactSet Research Systems, where he held senior positions working directly with Institutional Asset Managers and Plan Sponsors.
Prior to FactSet, Mr. Lacuesta was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Lacuesta holds a M.S.
in Financial Risk Management from the University of Connecticut and Bachelor Degrees in Biochemistry and Economics from the University of California at San Diego.
Mr. Lacuesta maintains FRM, CAIA, and CIPM designations and holds Series 3 and 31 registrations with the NFA.
