Prior to co-founding Mesa West in 2004 with Jeff Friedman, Mr. Zytko served as head of Credit Suisse First Boston’s West Coast region where he managed its West Coast offices; originating on-balance sheet debt and equity, CMBS and mezzanine loans.
Previously, Mr. Zytko was Vice President at GE Capital Real Estate and head of its Seattle Office, opening this location in 1995 to originate bridge loans, mezzanine loans, equity JVs, CMBS, and other structured products.
Mr. Zytko has also worked at CB Commercial as a Senior Real Estate Analyst in their Investment Banking division in Los Angeles and at Sun America Investments as manager of mortgage lending and RTC portfolio acquisitions.
Mr. Zytko graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Economics.
