When Paine Webber acquired Kidder Peabody in 1995, Mr. Sutton transitioned to President of Paine Webber's Private Client Group.
UBS acquired Paine Webber in 2000 and Mr. Sutton was appointed President and COO Wealth Management USA.
Mr. Sutton graduated with a BSBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas, where he was also captain of the baseball team.
He currently serves on the board of Munder Capital, the board of USA Track and Field Foundation, and the University of Arkansas Walton College Dean's Executive Advisory Board.
Mr. Sutton previously served as Chairman of the Securities Industry Association.
