Ballinger is a President, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer & Managing Member at Oak Associates Ltd.
She joined the firm upon its founding more than 35 years ago.
As Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for overseeing Oak’s compliance risk management and internal compliance reporting programs, as well as formulating and implementing Oak’s policies and procedures.
Prior to her career at Oak, she worked with Jim Oelschlager in the Pension Investments Department at Firestone Tire & Rubber Company.
Ms. Ballinger received a BS in Business Management from The University of Phoenix.
