Marcos A. Perez

Mr. Perez is the former Senior Vice President of External Relations for Florida International University ("FIU").
In his role at FIU, Mr. Perez was responsible for the supervision of government, community, alumni and media relations.
He also managed development, athletics, marketing and communications.
Mr. Perez was a member of the President's Staff responsible for all university strategy, policy, and operations decisions and was Executive Director of the FIU Foundation Board.
Prior to his role in External Relations,Mr. Perez was Vice President of Administration overseeing the general administrative functions of the university at all campuses and Chief of Staff for the President.
Mr. Perez holds an MBA and a Bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business from Florida International University and is currently pursuing his Ph.D.
in Leadership.
