Marc E. Bothwell

Mr. Bothwell is a founding principal of Centre Asset Management.
Prior to this, Mr. Bothwell was a portfolio manager, research analyst and risk manager at Owenoke Capital Management, LLC, a long/short equity hedge fund.
Mr. Bothwell joined Owenoke Capital in 2002 from Credit Suisse Asset Management where, beginning in 1997, he was a Portfolio Manager for various structured equity portfolios including the Warburg Pincus Long/Short Equity Fund and the Credit Suisse Equity Fund Small Cap USA (lead manager for about $1 billion of client accounts).
From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Bothwell was at Chancellor LGT Asset Management, also as a Portfolio Manager and researcher for equity portfolios including various risk controlled and long/short portfolios (strategy assets of $1.6 billion).
He designed and operated proprietary, fully automated trading systems for large brokerage firms at Keane Dealer Services from 1993 to 1994.
Mr. Bothwell holds a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A.
in Finance and Statistics from New York University's Stern School of Business.
Mr. Bothwell served as a commissioned officer in the U.S.
Navy and as a pilot.
