Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Elementis Plc from 1998 to 2001 and General Manager of Global Structured Products for GE Plastics from 1990 to 1998.
He held various general management and commercial positions with GE Plastics, Dow Chemicals Europe and ICI.
Dr. Cole received a BA degree in Chemistry and Microbiology in 1975 and a PhD in Physical Chemistry in 1978 from Reading University.
