Linda Cunningham

Ms. Linda Cunningham is Executive Director at IFM Investors Pty Ltd.
She is responsible for joint management of IFM Investors’ key credit portfolios, credit product strategies and managing the day to day running of debt funds.
Ms. Cunningham previously worked at AMP Capital/AXA Group as Chief Manager, Commercial Lending, leading a team of executives that managed a portfolio of commercial loan assets for retail and institutional investors.
Her role included responsibility for credit quality, portfolio performance and presenting the team’s capabilities to asset consultants, researchers and investors.
Prior to AXA, Ms. Cunningham has held the roles of Chief Manager, Risk Management Institutional Banking with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Business Relationship Manager with Colonial State Bank and various retail, business and corporate banking roles with State Bank of New South Wales.
Her experience covers a broad range of debt facilities including lead management and participation in senior and unsecured syndicated debt.
